Well planned interior, space well-used. Place to sit and eat, fully-equipped mini-kitchen, big bed. Mattress itself comfortable. Controllable heating. Very tasty on-site restaurant. Nespresso coffee machine in room.

location is great for me, as it’s not in the busy center and also close enough to it. Supermarkets few steps away, train station , restaurants, shops 5 minutes away. Excellent air conditioning, good size room, clean, window opens with a view of a lovely street, laundry room, parking lot in the basement and great people at the reception especially Mahmood.

It is a 5-7 min walk from orelikon station. There is a large coop supermarket in 3 min walk. The supermarket open till 9pm. Close on Sunday. The kitchen was functional to prepare simple meal. There is a free laundry room that can be use if no one book. Need to bring your own soap powder, otherwise, can purchase with a fee. Quiet location There are restaurant nearby 15min train ride to Zurich Airport The family room is functional with good dining space for 5-6 Persons The bed was comfortable There is a small gym

Everything! Best hotel I stayed on the whole Europe trip. Location was quiet, A/C was working well, sauna and fitness area wonderful, crew very friendly and helpful, close to the airport and downtown, nice shops/restaurants nearby in walkable distance. Great breakfast/dinner options in the hotel as well. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities were new and shiny. The room and the hotel in general were very clean. Exceptional experience!

Whether it was the cozy ambiance, the top-notch service, or the little touches that made all the difference, ACASA Hotel Zurich exceeded all my expectations. I can confidently say that this will be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Zurich. The staff were lovely. Definitely greeted us with a smile and happiness. We were given a card for our honeymoon with them wishing us well, very nice. Room was great to relax in after a 17 hour flight.

We really liked the position as it was a 5min walk to the Oerlikon train station and 10min from the Theather 11 or Hallenstadion. The room was nice, pretty quiet, modern and clean and most importantly it was pitch black at night which we really value. The bed was very comfortable and there is a boiler and coffee macchine as well as water included in the stay.

We had a wonderful experience at Acasa. Breakfast was superb. The room was very comfortable - bed, facilities, Netflix were great. Cleanness was on point. The SPA area is also nice as long as you manage to find a moment when it is not busy there. The location is right next to the big station, easy to get to the center or airport.

Great Location...5 minutes to Oerlikon train station,Coop supermarket across the street. The hotel was amazingly clean,apart from 1 day where they missed cleaning our room.Staff in the reception were superb.Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options Continental and Traditional. The Twin room had coffee and tea making facilities plus fridge.

We were provided with a very quiet room as requested, which was wonderful. The temperature control worked well, the bed was comfy and the smart-tv was easy to use. The black-out curtains were also a big plus. The hotel has its own parking garage (a bit pricey). Breakfast was excellent with eggs made to order. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The location itself isn't anything too flashy, but it has easy and well-connected access to Zürich's public transportation network. We used the Zürich card to get around.
